For Bowines, wines must be a reflection of nature, an expression of a unique moment that combines ``terroir``, knowledge and creation with the clear aim of obtaining the highest quality wine.
To achieve our goal, we are constantly searching for areas and grape varieties; forcing us to work with small and limited vineyardsurfaces, that allow us to control all the stages of viticulture, wine making and aging.
Our first wine is born from a unique terroir, which combines the whole expression of the Carignan variety together with the unique characteristics of “El Peumal” in the Valley of Maule.
In addition, we currently work in a small vineyard located in Lolol, in the Colchagua Valley where we produce Malbec and with our Cabernet Sauvignon from High Cachapoal, that gives us high quality fruit.
Amor América
My nameless land / land of mine with no name,
without America,
equinocial stamen, purple spear,
your scent climbed through roots,
to the cup I drank, to the thinnest,
word not yet born from my mouth.
